My BUtt Rocker friend, MJ and ST. George

So here are some halloween pics of me and JEff! People never knew what i was ( i was supposed to be a hippie) and so i just said YES to whatever people asked ... like an 80's girl, one of Jeff's groupies, an exercise girl... :) whoppss.... maybe next year i will get my costume together NOT two hours before. Can i just say that having Jeff living so close has been great! He is such a great friend and it has been a blessing for me to have a BFF so close! He is so easy to talk to and gives great advice! Thanks buddy!

okay.. so i have seen the MJ movie twice now and LOVE it!! oh my gosh Michael Jackson is an amazing singer, performer, choreographer, dancer and person! This movie is a must see if you havn't seen it! It just shows what kind of person he really was (no matter what they all say!) and he really was such a sweet and loveable man! I gained a ton more respect for him and after seeing the movie i went and downloaded three of his songs...ones i had never heard before.. hence the new playlist!

And lastly... ST. GEORGE trip with the girls!! This last weekend, Dani, me and her two friends, Heather and Karen took a trip to St. George! On Saturday we ran a 1/2 marathon through the canyon and it was gorgeous!! it was about 75 degrees.. so WARM and the red rock canyon is just BeaUtiFUl! I love that place! After the race we went back to the motel and swam in the pool and went in the jacuzzi to massage our sore muscles!! And then we went to the canyon and the girls rock climbed! pretty hard core i know!

While in St. George we ate some pretty dang good food. The Bear Claw Restaurant was soo good! So we all ordered something different and then split our food into fourths and rotated our plates so we each got a little of everything!! It was genius! Blueberry pancakes, apple spice pancakes, artichoke heart pennini, and smoked turkey pennini!! YUM!!! Then a little later we were hungry again (we are very active girls!) and so we went to the ORanGe PeEl and got a yummy smoothie and then we went to Leo's and got some yummy tacos and chips and salsa!! YUM!! Thank you St. George!
